Build the Practice You Want — Without Having to Build It Alone

Are you a Mental Health Therapist, Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, LMHP, LIMHP, LMSW, LIMSW, PLMHP, or PLMHC who has thought about private practice but doesn’t want the administrative burden, overhead, or financial risk of starting from scratch?

Rising Hope Counseling, LLC offers a different approach.

We help clinicians build a semi-private practice where you can focus on what you do best, providing therapy and building relationships with your clients, while we provide the business infrastructure, administrative support, resources, and financial investment needed to help you grow.

We are currently seeking a clinician for our Omaha, Nebraska office for a hybrid combination of in-person and telehealth services.

We’re also interested in connecting with entrepreneurial clinicians who may want to help bring Rising Hope Counseling to their own Nebraska community, particularly areas where access to quality mental health services is limited.

Why Therapists Choose Rising Hope

You became a therapist to help people, not to spend your week buried in administrative work and unnecessary meetings.

At Rising Hope, you’ll have the independence to develop your clinical niche, manage your schedule, and grow professionally and financially while still having the support of an established group practice.

You provide the therapy. We help support the business behind it.

Our clinicians enjoy:

  • Earning potential of $60,000–$130,000 per year

  • Hybrid schedule with in-person and telehealth opportunities

  • Flexible scheduling and greater control over your work-life balance

  • Private-practice-style independence without having to manage everything yourself

  • Administrative and business support

  • Support developing and growing your caseload

  • Professional consultation and clinical support

  • Training stipend and professional development opportunities

  • EMDR training opportunities

  • Loan forgiveness opportunities for eligible clinicians/locations

  • PTO for eligible full-time employees

  • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance

  • Health Savings Account options

  • Retirement plan with 401(k) matching

  • Loyalty bonus opportunities

  • Room to develop your own clinical specialty or niche

What You’ll Do

As a Mental Health Therapist with Rising Hope Counseling, you will:

  • Provide individual and/or family therapy based on your experience and clinical interests

  • Complete intake evaluations and clinical assessments

  • Develop individualized treatment plans

  • Complete progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge/termination documentation

  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical records

  • Provide services in accordance with professional, ethical, and licensing requirements

  • Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families

  • Collaborate with Rising Hope’s team while maintaining meaningful professional independence

  • Participate in community outreach and practice-building activities

  • Help expand access to high-quality behavioral health services

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for clinicians who are independent, motivated, entrepreneurial, and passionate about helping people.

This may be a great fit if you want the freedom and earning potential associated with private practice but value having an established organization behind you.

Qualifications
  • Current or eligible Nebraska behavioral health credential such as LMSW, LIMSW, LMHP, LIMHP, PLMHP, PLMHC, or other qualifying mental health license
