Nebraska Medicine is seeking a Diabetes Educator to educate hospitalized patients on diabetes management and self-care. You will work with providers, nurses, dietitians, and care teams to tailor education on glucose monitoring, medications, nutrition, and diabetes technology.
The role emphasizes patient empowerment, individualized education plans, and ensuring readiness for discharge with a smooth transition to outpatient care. Full-time hours, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
