As a Front Desk Supervisor at the Omaha Marriott Downtown, you will supervise front desk staff, greet guests, and ensure each visit is memorable. Located in the heart of downtown Omaha, the hotel is a premier destination known for its world‑class hospitality and sleek design.

• Supervise front desk staff, reservations, and bell staff as needed, ensuring all daily tasks are completed.
• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.
• Check guests in and out of rooms.
• Enter and retrieve information from the computer system to communicate guest requests and select appropriate rooms.
• Handle internal and external customers with patience, tact, and diplomacy, resolving conflicts and defusing anger.
• Respond to guest requests and questions about area or hotel amenities.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy, including responsibility for the House Bank.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous supervisory, hotel, front desk, customer, or guest service experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the front office for extended periods.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in English.
• Capability to accurately input and manage information using a computer system.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Visual and auditory awareness to detect emergencies.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
