OverviewThe Guest Service Associate/Valet is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. The Guest Service Associate is responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and assisting guests with luggage, including delivery and pick up of guest luggage (where applicable) during arrival and departure.
Responsibilities- Parks and retrieves vehicles in a safe and courteous manner
- Assists guests with luggage, including delivery and pick up of guest luggage where applicable
- Provides directions and information about the facility and local area
- Gives attention to guest needs and maintains a pleasant, professional demeanor
- Operates as part of Towne Park’s guest service team to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences

- Starting pay $14 per hour plus tips

Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The hourly base pay range for this position is $14 per hour plus $4 - $6 per hour in tips.
Work ScheduleThe potential work schedule for this position is weekdays, 2nd shift.

- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Required Licensure, Certification, Etc: A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background and drug screen
- Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Skills: Ability to read and write standard English; ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; ability to write simple correspondence; ability to effectively present information; arithmetic skills; time systems; ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable; ability to perform parallel parking
