Hotel Shuttle Driver

Part‑Time Shuttle Driver / Bell‑Person – Omaha Marriott Downtown

A dedicated individual will escort guests to and from their accommodations, handle luggage, and provide friendly, courteous service while promoting the hotel’s exclusive luxury and outstanding service.

• Greet guests with a friendly, sincere welcome.
• Retrieve guest items from cars, buses, vans, and carts; lift, carry, and load luggage and packages onto a bell cart to transport items throughout the hotel to the designated room.
• Drive guests to approved destinations in the company van and perform other driving errands as assigned.
• Listen and respond to guest inquiries; answer questions and offer assistance with accurate information.
• Maintain a professional image while at work.
• Monitor company van maintenance requirements and communicate needs to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation along with personal hygiene.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Effective verbal communication in English.
• Reading English to interpret luggage tags, claim checks, and rooming lists.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move packages and luggage up to 45 lbs continuously throughout the shift.
• Standing, walking, or sitting continuously to perform essential job functions.
• Manual dexterity in one hand to load and unload luggage.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, walk, and walk significant distances on the property.
