A local aquarium in Omaha is seeking an Assistant Manager of Catering to assist in all aspects of food and beverage service for catered events ranging from small gatherings to large picnics. The role includes supervising a team, managing food preparation, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining inventory control. Ideal candidates should have experience in culinary supervision, food presentation, and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
