Front Desk Manager

We are seeking an energetic, service-driven Front Desk Manager to help lead the guest experience at the Towneplace Suites Omaha West. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

• Lead by example in delivering warm, professional, and efficient guest service
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and confidently
• Ensure all brand standards and service protocols are consistently met

• Supervise front desk associates during assigned shifts
• Coach, train, and mentor team members
• Assist with scheduling and shift coverage
• Foster positive morale and accountability within the team

• Oversee check-in/check-out procedures and cash handling accuracy
• Monitor room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
• Support revenue goals through upselling and guest engagement
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies

• Assist with reports, audits, and daily shift reconciliation
• Support onboarding and training of new associates
• Partner with the General Manager on performance and service initiatives

• 1–3 years of hotel front desk experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and conflict‑resolution skills
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience with hotel property management systems (Marriott systems experience preferred)
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A positive, team‑first mindset
