Healthcare Recruiter Job Description

The main purpose of this role is to seek out high quality healthcare professionals and pair them with career opportunities that best match their skill set and interests while developing a strong relationship with them. Additionally, through qualifying questions the Recruiter will determine if the healthcare professional is a good fit for our company and our clients. All relationship building is done through the phone which means strong communication skills and a friendly disposition are key.

As a Recruiter, you will build pay packages for healthcare professionals, help them navigate arriving to their new contract assignments, assist with conflict resolution, and be their main point of contact throughout their entire contract. Income potential is uncapped.

Job Summary

The healthcare recruiter will develop and implement effective strategies to build relationships, source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a network of sources from which to identify qualified healthcare professionals
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with healthcare professionals via telephone and email
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Industry experience or sales experience is a plus but not required
