We’re seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Recruiter/Sales Trainee to help advance the careers of STEM professionals. Building trusted relationships with our network of engineering and sciences consultants is key. No prior industry experience is required.

With headquarters outside Baltimore, MD, Actalent has nearly 30,000 engineering and sciences consultants and over 4,500 clients globally. We support innovation and speed to market in engineering and science initiatives. As part of Allegis Group, we launched in 2021 as a specialized talent services brand.

• Meet with hiring managers to understand needs
• Source qualified STEM professionals
• Screen candidates through interviews and reference checks
• Communicate opportunities and prepare consultants for roles
• Build relationships with consultants for satisfaction and engagement
• Maintain a network of industry-specific professionals
