• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.

Come join the Pac! gpac (Growing People and Companies) is an award‑winning search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States since 1990. We are extremely competitive, client‑focused, and realize that our value is in our ability to deliver the right solutions at the right time. Base salary pay begins $35,568 annually (paid $1,482.00 twice monthly).

In addition, you would be eligible to earn commissions, which can range from $40k to $500k+ annually. Commissions are not capped. After the appropriate waiting period, you’d be eligible to participate in gpac benefits including: health, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, and 401k plan.
