. KPMG is a professional services firm providing audit, tax and advisory services. This role is a hybrid opportunity within the Digital Nexus technology organization.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet requirements within the Service Now framework or partner with Enterprise Architecture to suggest alternative platforms
• Design and implement solutions that are scalable, flexible, and maintainable, including leading proofs of concept for new capabilities
• Build integrations between Service Now and other enterprise systems using iPaaS (e.g., Mulesoft), APIs, web services, MID servers, and ETL tools
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle; coordinate with Service Now support and other technical teams to address issues and ensure integrated solutions
• Create comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and development standards
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to Service Now solutions (IRM, Sec Ops, ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, and more)

• Minimum seven years of recent experience in solution architecture with a focus on Service Now, including extensive experience in two or more Service Now modules (e.g., LSD, WSD, ITAM/ITOM, HRSC, IRM, CSM)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred;
  Service Now CAD (Certified Application Developer) and one or more CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certs required; CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or CMA (Certified Master Architect) strongly preferred
• Experience supporting business solutions hosted on Service Now from a developer or administrator perspective, including upgrades, integrations, and operational support
• Strong understanding of practical application of Service Now as it relates to industry solutions and the interconnectedness between modules and core data
• Familiarity with Service Now and other technology platforms commonly used to service core business functions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
