USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.

• Reviews, designs, and assists in engineering integrated systems to support advanced communication and location-based technologies. Develops architectures that leverage IP satellite technology to ensure reliable and secure data transmission over long distances, optimizing coverage and capacity.
• Focuses on implementing geolocation services, enhancing the organization’s ability to track and manage assets globally with precision.
• Oversees the integration of RF communications solutions, ensuring robust performance in various operational environments by addressing challenges such as signal interference and spectrum management.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to design resilient and flexible communication infrastructures that support both terrestrial and satellite-based systems.
• Stays informed of emerging technologies and regulatory requirements in these fields, continually adapting architectural strategies to meet evolving business needs and compliance standards.
• By fostering innovation and reliability in communication solutions, supports organizational goals of enhanced connectivity and operational efficiency.

• BA/BS or equivalent, 20+ years of experience
• Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
