Responsibilities- Architect with Hands-on Coding ability and strong capability to relate technology to business scenarios.
- Deliver projects through use-case driven approaches and involvement in both architecture and coding.
- Coordinate offshore-onshore teams and facilitate effective communication.
- Engage with business users to elucidate short-term requirements and develop long-term roadmaps.
- Work within Agile and Waterfall methodologies to drive project delivery.
- Leverage strong Java and SQL skills with hands-on development.
- Apply knowledge of Retail domain fundamentals (WMS, Inventory, Order Management) and Retail SCM concepts.
- Support data migration and data staging efforts and collaborate on back-office operations for Retail environments.
- 15+ years’ experience
- Architect with Hands-on Coding ability
- Offshore-onshore coordination
- Retail SCM (Warehouse management, Inventory, Order Management)
- Extensive experience in Java/Retail Domain (Retail – SCM)
- Strong hands-on technical Java skills with Retail supply chain understanding
- Onsite-offshore communication skills are a must
- Strong technology skills with Java and SQL (Hands ON required)
- Strong understanding of Retail fundamentals – WMS, Inventory Management, etc. (Supply Chain)
- Exposure to back office operations of Retail like Data migration, Data Staging
- Ability to work with business users to elucidate short-term requirements and long-term road map
- Deliver on projects through use-case driven approach
- Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall models
- Hands-on Architect
- Strong communication skills
- Duration: 6 Months contract to hire (can be full-time)
