Base pay range
$55.00/hr - $61.00/hr
Responsibilities- Lead specific IT projects that span print platform and facility operations
- Silo teams – enforcing collaborative thinking and execute
- Define/coordinate testing – input files, print cycle, facility operations (print job mgmt., inventory mgmt., etc)
- Navigate ambiguity and force actions
- Strategic – engage with solutions and participate in the definition
- Dot connector – bring clarity through visuals so broad conversations can take place
- Execution – build timeline across silo teams and provide the timeline to the program timeline to align on dependencies and critical path
- Tolerance for change – enforcing the teams to do things differently can be exhausting
