This role requires deep platform expertise, a proactive mindset, and a strong ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, admins/developers, and end-users to ensure the Salesforce environment supports organizational goals efficiently and provide production support.
This is a hybrid role that requires in-office work in Omaha, NE.
Responsibilities- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, security settings, data integrity, and system configuration.
- Design and implement automation solutions using Flows, Agents, Prompts, and other declarative tools to improve business efficiency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, and document configurations.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for leadership and end users.
- Manage integrations, App Exchange applications, and system enhancements to support evolving business needs.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to data governance, security reviews and compliance standards.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases and best practices, proactively recommending new features to improve user experience and system effectiveness.
- Support user enablement through training, communication, and ongoing adoption initiatives.
- Provide production support by troubleshooting issues, managing incident resolution, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, MIS, or related field required.
- Salesforce Advanced Admin Certified / Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration required.
- Customer Service/Help Desk experience.
- Understanding of all Salesforce declarative concepts including data models, security models, relationship structures, Flow, case management, etc.

Salary: $80,000-$120,000 per year (final compensation based on qualifications, location, and other factors).
