As a Principal Product Support Engineer, you will use your skills and hands‑on expertise to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our product and system prototypes. You’ll be responsible for assessing our customer needs and determining the most appropriate technical solution for concept and prototype products and systems. Your technical responsibilities include product installation, testing, error/defect detection and correction, and coordinating the appropriate corrective action with engineers and operators.

Qualifications You Must Have- High school diploma or GED equivalent, and typically 14 or more years of related experience
- Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
- Proficiency with wireless networks, tactical communications and personal computers
- Communication and customer interface skills
- Active/Current Top Secret U.S. Clearance with SCI Eligibility
- Comprehensive understanding of system level maintenance of networks and communications systems
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
- Working knowledge of operating military units and logistics
- Familiarity with the network and integration of traditional communications systems and sensors
- Ability to read schematics, use service manuals, follow test procedures, and use logical troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with RF, vehicle installation and maintenance procedures
- Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, Government, or U.S. Military
- Leadership experience in the military or civilian organization
This position requires current/active Top Secret with SCI eligibility U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment.
