Project Manager / Scrum Master – Demand Forecasting
We are seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead a Demand Forecasting initiative focused on analytics, data platforms, and predictive modeling. This role will coordinate delivery across data engineering, analytics, and business teams to enable accurate, scalable forecasting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Agile delivery of demand forecasting solutions involving data pipelines, analytics, and reporting.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for data and analytics-focused Agile teams.
- Coordinate closely with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Manage dependencies across source systems, data platforms, and visualization tools.
- Track milestones, risks, and delivery KPIs, ensuring forecast accuracy and timeliness.
- Support data governance, quality, and validation processes.
- 7+ years of Project Management / Scrum Master experience.
- Proven experience delivering data, analytics, or forecasting initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery in data-driven environments.
- Experience managing cross-functional analytics teams.
- Experience with AI/ML or predictive analytics programs.
- Exposure to tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau or similar.
