We’re actively seeking a talented Sr Systems Analyst to join our CY  New Product Delivery team in one of our office locations (Newport Beach, CA | Omaha, NB | Toronto, Canada).

This role is hybrid. We believe in empowering our employees to get work done both in and out of the office.

As a Sr Systems Analyst at Pacific Life, you will join a team of 8–10 in CMD Tech Ops Life, working alongside a Scrum Master, Systems Analyst, and Developer professionals. You’ll help develop complex products with a focus on quality and rapid delivery to keep competitive advantage amongst our competitors.

• Enhance efficiency by challenging current methods

• Professional degree in higher education or equivalent experience
• Over 8 years developing life products in the Cyber Life platform
• More than 3 years working in an agile-scrum environment
• 1+ years leading a team of professionals (desired)

• M.S. in Mathematics or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Excel and VB/Macros.
• Excellent understanding of the Cyber Life platform.
• Possess great team collaboration skills
• Excellent written and communication skills.
