Director of Credit Analytics & Reporting

Hybrid role based in Omaha with regular on-site collaboration. A leadership opportunity for an analytics professional already managing a team. This high‑visibility position influences credit, fraud, and portfolio decisions and emphasizes hands‑on work with advanced analytics, reporting, and emerging AI initiatives.

Job Description
  • Lead and evolve the credit reporting and analytics function, fraud insights, data‑driven risk decisioning, and partner closely with business, risk, and technology teams.
  • Turn complex credit and fraud data into actionable insights that influence real business decisions in a collaborative, data‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop an established team of credit and analytics professionals.
  • Drive credit reporting and analytics strategy across consumer and small business products.
  • Build and refine reporting frameworks that support risk, fraud, and portfolio management.
  • Support analytics related to fraud detection, portfolio monitoring, and payment behavior.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve data quality, accessibility, and usability.
  • Contribute to advanced analytics initiatives, including modeling, machine learning, and AI‑enabled automation.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Prior experience leading and developing an analytics or credit team.
  • Strong background in credit analytics, reporting, or risk‑focused analytics.
  • Hands‑on experience working with large datasets and advanced analytical techniques.
  • Proficiency with tools such as SQL, Python, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Exposure to fraud analytics, portfolio analytics, or credit reporting strongly preferred.
  • Ability to communicate complex data to non‑technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
