- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
- Experience in railroad, transportation, logistics, or industrial operations systems
- Exposure to control center, command center, or operational dashboards
- Experience testing event-driven or streaming systems (Kafka, JMS, IoT feeds)
- Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar)
