We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Support Specialist to provide operational, technical, and administrative support at our site. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in site support or a related field, with a strong ability to troubleshoot issues, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide on‑site support for daily operations, including equipment, systems, and personnel needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Coordinate with IT, facilities, and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of site‑related problems.
- Maintain inventory of site equipment and supplies; manage procurement and vendor relationships.
- Assist in onboarding and training new staff on site protocols and systems.
- Monitor site compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.
- Document and report incidents, maintenance needs, and performance metrics.
- Support project implementation and upgrades at the site level.
- Act as a liaison between site staff and corporate departments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site support, IT support, or operations.
- Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with safety and compliance standards relevant to the site.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., "Service Now").
- Knowledge of basic networking and system administration.

1‑3 Years. - Expected compensation range: $33,000 to $76,000.
