What's the Job?- Lead and coordinate multiple work streams within large IT projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Manage client onboarding activities while overseeing platform changes across infrastructure, print, and facility operations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, monitor progress, and address potential risks or delays.
- Curate and communicate project content internally and externally, including town halls and recorded interviews.
- Promote the value of change management by demonstrating potential outcomes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple work streams, ideally in large IT environments.
- Client onboarding experience, especially in infrastructure, print, and facility operations.
- Strong change management background, with PMP or Prosci certification preferred.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, enforce collaborative thinking, and execute strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create visual content for broad audiences and facilitate cross‑team collaboration.
