Insurance Training and Knowledge Lead - THREE Fully Remote
• THREE Operations
Full-time

As we scale, consistency and clarity are critical. To deliver an excellent customer and agent experience, our teams must operate from the same standards — applying the same understanding of eligibility, coverage, process and compliance across the organization.
The Insurance Training and Knowledge Lead helps make that possible.
SummaryThe Insurance Training and Knowledge Lead builds and sustains the framework that ensures teams consistently apply THREE’s underwriting, sales, and servicing standards.
