About the Role

We are seeking an experienced QA Consultant with a strong background in ETL testing to join our team for an upcoming Commissions project. This is a hands‑on role that will involve working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and quality of complex data workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform ETL testing to validate data flows across multiple systems.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation and reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
• Track and manage defects through their lifecycle to resolution.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–7 years of professional experience in QA/testing, with a focus on ETL and data validation.
• Strong command of SQL for querying and validating large datasets.
• Proven experience in test planning, execution, and defect tracking using tools such as JIRA or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
