The Information Technology organization is the technological foundation of our business and works in collaboration with our partners from across the company. The team drives technology and digital transformation, partners with business leaders to design and execute new strategies through IT and operations services and ensures the necessary IT risk management and security measures are in place and aligned with enterprise architecture standards and principles.

As a Senior Dev Ops Engineer, you will play a critical role in architecting, automating, and optimizing cloud-based infrastructure and containerized application platforms in AWS. You will lead the implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI / CD pipelines, and Dev Ops tool chains, ensuring seamless software delivery and operational excellence. This role requires deep expertise in containerization technologies, particularly Docker and AWS ECS, while also fostering a forward-thinking approach toward Kubernetes (EKS) adoption.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance automation, drive innovation, and ensure security and compliance in cloud environments.

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of AWS‑based containerized platforms, focusing on Docker and AWS ECS, with an interest in fostering Kubernetes (EKS) adoption and best practices.
• Architect and automate Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible, enabling scalable, repeatable, and secure cloud environments.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize robust CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins / Cloud Bees CI, ensuring seamless build, test, and deployment automation.
• Drive Git Ops best practices, helping to elevate and implement declarative infrastructure management through Git Hub Enterprise and related workflows.
• Enhance Dev Ops toolchain management, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of Git Hub Enterprise, Jenkins / Cloud Bees CI, Artifactory, and Vault.
• Drive automation efforts to improve infrastructure efficiency, reduce operational overhead, and optimize cloud infrastructure costs.
• Collaborate with software engineers, security teams, and cloud architects to integrate Dev Ops best practices, cloud‑native solutions, and container security.
• Implement security best practices in containerized applications, ensuring compliance with IAM, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and Hashi Corp Vault for secret management.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership, fostering a Dev Ops culture of automation, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize containerized environments using Prometheus, Grafana, and Open Telemetry for observability and performance tuning.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously evaluating and adopting emerging Dev Ops and cloud‑native technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

• 7+ years of experience in Dev Ops, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), with a strong emphasis on AWS and containerized environments.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Docker and AWS ECS (Elastic Container Service), with a strong understanding of container orchestration, networking, and security.
