We have a job opportunity for a Technical Test Lead with expertise in Functional Testing, Automated Testing, and Healthcare Knowledge. The ideal candidate will have experience with Java, Selenium, RFT, and QTP.

Basic:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty can be considered in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with IT

Preferred:

• At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test design
• Experience with the Healthcare domain
• At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis and reporting
• Minimum 4 years of core Healthcare domain expertise with testing experience, including exposure to US healthcare requirements like HCR, Medicare/Medicaid, Compliance, HIPAA, and Health Care Exchange (HIX)
• Proficient in preparing functional and non-functional requirement documents as per business needs, with expertise in effort estimates, outlining test strategy, creating test plans, data setup, scripting, execution, monitoring, and reporting
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in Functional, Automation, and mobility testing, including web application and .Net batch application testing, with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in creating medium to high complexity SQL queries
• Adequate proficiency (3-4 years hands-on experience) in Automation implementation, scripting, script reviews, and imparting automation skills to team members (QTP/RFT/Selenium, Cucumber, Java)
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall methodology, with the ability to closely work with various stakeholders (such as BA, Dev, Product owner) to prioritize and define acceptance criteria for user stories in the form of System behavior
• Self-motivated, with strong coordination, communication, and reporting, analytical skills
