We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to bridge business needs with technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management in complex projects.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in medium to large-scale projects
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and analysis
• Experience with UML, BPMN, or other process modeling techniques
• Ability to work with stakeholders across business and technical teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience with tools like:
• Jira / Confluence
• MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Task tracking and Requirements management tools

• Exposure to data analysis, SQL, or reporting tools
• Knowledge of process improvement frameworks

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for technical teams
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with stakeholders
• Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives
  
  Validate solutions and support user acceptance testing
• Identify process improvement opportunities

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $100,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
