Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite)
Experience: 5+ years

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead and deliver projects successfully, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget objectives are met. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile and Waterfall project management
, Scrum leadership
, and tools-driven project tracking.

• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies
• Have Scrum Master experience
• Hands-on experience with project management tools:
• Jira / Confluence
• MS Project / MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Trello / Asana /  (or similar tools)
• Strong stakeholder management, planning, risk management, and reporting skills
• Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and ensure project delivery

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• PRINCE2 Certification
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Lean Six Sigma / PMI-ACP or other process improvement certifications

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Lead Agile ceremonies and act as Scrum Master where required
• Track project progress and provide status reports to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
• Manage project documentation, resource allocation, and project schedules
• Facilitate collaboration across business, technical, and operational teams

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $110,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
