Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mainframe Developer to join our team in Omaha, NE. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in mainframe application development, with a primary focus on COBOL programming, DB2, and IMS database management. This is an onsite position requiring strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency in COBOL:
  Expertise in COBOL for mainframe application development.
• Database Management:
  Strong experience with IMS Database Management (DB/DC) and DB2 Database Management.
• JCL
  
  Skills:
  
  Advanced skills in Job Control Language (JCL) for job scripts and batch processing.

• SQL
  
  Competency:
  
  Competency in SQL for database queries and optimization.
• Assembler Proficiency:
  Proficiency in Assembler programming.
• Domain Knowledge:
  Familiarity with supply systems and the transportation domain ecosystem.

• Mainframe Development Expertise:
  Demonstrated mastery of mainframe development fundamentals.

Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
