Job Title:

Python Developer with Scala to Python Conversion Experience

Location:

Omaha, NE (Onsite)

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python and Snowflake.
• Analyze existing Scala codebases and translate them into efficient Python scripts.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows to ingest, transform, and load large datasets into Snowflake.
• Integrate Snowflake with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and third-party tools.
• Collaborate with data analysts, scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions.
• Implement data quality, governance, and security best practices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance and reliability.
• Automate data workflows and support CI/CD practices for data engineering.

• Proficiency in Scala and Python programming.
• Strong experience with Snowflake (data modeling, stored procedures, performance tuning).
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline orchestration.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 – $144,964, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
