Salesforce Onsite Developer – Concentrix – Omaha, NE
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
- Deliver onsite Salesforce support, including troubleshooting, enhancements, and system optimization.
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows and Process Automation.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Lead and manage deployments, releases, and continuous Salesforce improvements.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development, security, and performance.
- Mentor junior developers and offer technical guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including admins, QA, and business users.
- Demonstrated lead experience in Salesforce development.
- Expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proficiency with Apex, LWC, Lightning Experience, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience in a production environment supporting Salesforce.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Commitment to working onsite 5 days a week in Omaha, NE.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in enterprise‑level Salesforce support settings.
This position requires a complete onsite presence; remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available. Candidates must have the authorization to work in the United States.

The base salary for this position is $$92,250 – $110,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays, and paid learning days.
