About the Role
We are seeking a Software QA Analyst to lead and participate in designing, creating, testing, and implementing automated testing solutions that reduce risk and accelerate time‑to‑value for software products. This role acts as a technical lead for testing coverage and practices, ensuring quality across complex product interactions and new feature functionality. You will champion a quality‑first mindset within the team and help integrate testing into the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute various types of testing (e.g., regression, functional, data validation, system integration, load, performance) for new and existing functionality.
- Collaborate with development teams to design testing strategies and integrate them into the SDLC.
- Identify opportunities to automate repeatable tests to reduce time and effort.
- Execute and implement test cases, working closely with engineers, product partners, and business stakeholders.
- Document and analyze test results, recommending corrective actions as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of QA or software testing experience.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with software development practices and procedures.
- Hands‑on experience with Selenium, C#, Postman, and test automation frameworks.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Familiarity with application performance monitoring and observability tools.
- Insurance industry knowledge and product familiarity.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution.
- Experience with Agile planning tools (e.g., Azure Dev Ops).
- Hybrid schedule: 100% onsite for the first 90 days, then 50% onsite.

Permanent position based out of Omaha, NE.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $90,000.00 – $/yr.
