Senior Quality Assurance Engineers

Gallup Inc. seeks Senior Quality Assurance Engineers in Omaha, NE. Responsible for leading a team of Quality Assurance Engineers in designing, planning, communicating and executing an automated testing strategy in a fast‑paced agile development environment. This position will identify and adopt new testing methodologies using CI/CD pipeline, Git Hub, Jenkins, API web services, MYSQL, Jmeter and Postman. Responsible for maintaining the test automation framework, transform test cases into automated tests and execute automated tests as well as communicate problems, test results and the status of projects.

Job duties include debugging, troubleshooting and analyzing the root‑cause of product failures and anomalies.

• Master’s Degree in computer science, MIS or Information Technology required plus 2 years experience or a Bachelor's Degree in computer science, MIS or Information Technology required plus 5 years of experience
• At least 2 years of experience in software automation testing required
• At least 2 years experience of QA processes and methodologies required
• At least 2 years experience of Jira required
• At least 2 years of experience writing UI tests using Selenium with Java and Maven using TestNG
• At least 2 years of experience in functional and regression testing
• At least 2 years of experience performing Root Cause analysis for the defects to enhance quality and reduce the recurrence of issues
• At least 2 years of experience working in Agile Methodology in Software Development Lifecycle
