Are you an experienced Enterprise Architect ready to translate business vision into enterprise-wide technology solutions? Join Mosaic, a mission-driven organization dedicated to empowering people.

This critical role will serve as the bridge between business strategy and IT execution, focusing on designing and developing the foundational technology architecture.

• Strategic Architecture:
  Develop, maintain, and leverage business capability models to ensure IT strategy is directly aligned with business priorities.
• Future-State Design:
  Design and document future-state architectures, including conceptual, logical, and physical diagrams, that support business objectives.
• Governance & Oversight:
  Define and enforce architectural principles, standards, and patterns to ensure consistency and quality across the enterprise.
• Technology Evaluation:
  Evaluate emerging technologies and their potential to add business value.
• Team Guidance:
  Provide architectural oversight and guidance to solution architects and development teams throughout the Agile SDLC.

What You Bring

• Expertise in business capability modeling and linking it to other architectural disciplines.
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Archi Mate).
• Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, and cloud architecture.
• Familiarity with application design, microservices, and SOA.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in information technology.
• At least 3 of those years in a solution or enterprise architecture role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
