Note:

- Strong knowledge into Endpoint management, Microsoft Intune Technology - Creating Security Policy, Device Compliance, Troubleshooting
- Strong technical skills in iOS mobile device management (MDM) solutions using Microsoft Intune. Familiarity with compliance, security, and app protection policies for iOS devices enrolled in Intune MDM
- Prior experience of working in operations and endpoint management
- Advanced understanding of architecture, design, installation/implementation, and configuration of Profiles/ policies
- Experience in managing Apple integration with Microsoft Intune Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment/Device Enrollment Program, Volume Purchase Program
- Design and implement Autopilot deployment solutions for Windows 10 devices
- Configure and manage device enrollment, compliance policies, and conditional access policies.
- Develop and implement automation solutions using Power Shell or other scripting languages.
- Provide end-user support for Intune-managed devices.
- Collaborate with other engineers, project managers, and SEC Government stakeholders to understand business requirements, propose solutions, and provide updates on project progress.
- Evaluate new Intune features and capabilities and make recommendations for their adoption.
- Monitor and report on endpoint management solution performance, and troubleshoot issues as necessary
- Must have a minimum of 8-10 years of Windows and/or End User Device Engineering
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Intune, including device management, application management, mobile device management and compliance management.
- Strong technical skills in Autopilot profile creation, including device provisioning, MECM Device enrollment, and management.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Power Shell.
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and Conditional Access policies.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and keeping up to date with the latest Intune technologies and best practices.
- Self-Motivation to meet project deadlines and goals.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Desired Microsoft 365
Certifications: - Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager Administrator Associate or similar certifications.
