** We’re looking for a collaborative and delivery-focused Project Manager to lead technology initiatives through a blend of Agile Scrum leadership and project management discipline. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary facilitator for Agile delivery activities while guiding project planning, dependencies, risks, resource coordination, stakeholder communication, and execution across the software delivery lifecycle.

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level delivery professional who thrives in cross-functional environments, builds transparency and accountability, and helps teams continuously improve how they plan, deliver, and create value.  
** Responsibilities
* ** Lead Agile delivery activities for technology initiatives, supporting successful planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and delivery routines, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and follow-up actions.
* Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA resources, and business stakeholders to promote alignment, transparency, and shared accountability.
* Manage delivery plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and commitments to help teams deliver predictably and effectively.
* Use Jira to support sprint planning, backlog management, dashboard creation, reporting, and delivery visibility.
* Track and communicate progress, blockers, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
* Coordinate resources and priorities across multiple initiatives while helping teams stay focused on outcomes.
