Agile Scrum Master

role summary: the agile delivery manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of technology initiatives through a combination of agile scrum leadership and project management practices. This role serves as the primary facilitator of agile delivery activities while providing oversight of project planning, dependencies, risks, resource coordination, stakeholder communication, and delivery execution.

the successful candidate will collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, qa resources, and business stakeholders to ensure transparency, accountability, predictability, and continuous improvement throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

experience level: mid-level - 3+ years serving as a scrum master, agile lead, project manager, or similar delivery role

• " demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• " certified scrum master (csm), professional scrum master (psm), or similar certification.
• " experience working with technology delivery teams.
• " experience supporting engineering, transportation, railroad, or other operational technology environments.
• " familiarity with microsoft teams and sharepoint.
• " proven ability to influence without direct authority.
