Here's your chance to join our Training & Certification team working in the highly visible role of Senior Scale Program Strategist. You will have the opportunity to define, shape, and implement programs to support the partner learning journey. You will serve as the partner creative problem solver across the AWS T&C organization.

To support the partner learning journey, you will be responsible for developing and implementing GSI-focused programs to increase the number of AWS-trained and certified partner individuals. You will transform insights into prioritized actionable programs, will drive improvements to existing programs, and define and develop tools. You’ll have global responsibility and will work with Global and Regional Partner Enablement Managers, Partner Development Managers, Partner Solution Architects, Partners and AWS Partner Network stakeholders to scale and optimize
