We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to manage and mentor a team of multi-line underwriting assistants and underwriters. The ideal candidate will be a technical underwriting expert and a proven leader who can drive operational excellence, ensure underwriting integrity, and help shape our strategic growth. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can balance day‑to‑day team management with long‑term strategic initiatives.

• Professional experience in business, insurance, operations, or a related field
• At least one year of managing a team in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment
