Business and Estate Planning Attorney

Overview

Abrahams Kaslow & Cassman LLP seeks an experienced business transactions attorney with 5-10+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in three or more of the following areas:

• Advising entities upon formation and drafting related formation documents
• Drafting and negotiating asset purchase and sale agreements and other documents in connection with a merger or acquisition and developing business succession plans
• Estate and trust administration

An ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication and writing skills. A portable book of business is a plus but not required.

This position is based in Omaha, Nebraska, and is not a virtual position. Candidates are expected to be licensed to practice law in Nebraska or have the ability to become licensed in Nebraska in the near future.
