• Independently manage a full civil litigation caseload from intake through resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Handle discovery, depositions, hearings, negotiations, and trial preparation
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on select commercial litigation matters as opportunities arise
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members
• Contribute to the firm’s culture of excellence and client-focused advocacy

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage case files
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-quality legal environment
