Associate Attorney

Abrahams Kaslow & Cassman LLP seeks a detail-oriented and motivated associate attorney. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law school graduate to gain hands‑on experience and develop their legal career in a supportive and professional setting.

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs.
• Assist senior attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Participate in client meetings and provide legal advice under supervision.
• Stay current with developments in the law and maintain continuing legal education requirements.

• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and organized.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Recent law school graduate (or equivalent legal experience).

This position is based in Omaha, Nebraska and is not a virtual position.
