Litigation Attorney

Overview

Abrahams Kaslow & Cassman LLP seeks an experienced litigation attorney with 5-10+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have litigation experience in two or more of the following areas:
Employment;
General commercial or civil litigation. The candidate must have experience deposing and defending fact and expert witnesses and have first chair jury trial experience. An ideal candidate will be proactive, detail oriented, and organized and have excellent communication and writing skills. A portable book of business is not required. This position is based in Omaha, Nebraska and is not a virtual position.

Candidates are expected to be licensed to practice law in Nebraska or have the ability to become licensed in Nebraska in the near future.
