OMA Corporate Finance; Associate Attorney

Overview

Stinson LLP is seeking an Associate with three to five years of experience to join our growing Corporate Finance Division in our Omaha office.

• Active Nebraska attorney license required
• Three to five years of relevant experience as described below
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong writing, analytical, organizational, leadership and communication skills

• Leading, managing, or substantially contributing to mergers and acquisitions, or private equity investment / leveraged buyout transactions, and/or capital markets transactions
• Experience with corporate governance matters, venture capital investment transactions, private offerings of equity and/or debt securities, and/or providing advice with respect to Forms 10‑K, 10‑Q and 8‑K filings and proxy statements (preferred, but not required)
