Attorney - Finance Section; Transactional

Baird Holm LLP seeks an attorney with 5+ years of experience to support the firm's commercial lending practice. Candidates should have prior experience as lead counsel on commercial loan transactions, including drafting and negotiating documents, managing junior attorneys, conducting due diligence, and coordinating closings. Experience with commercial real estate loans or agribusiness loans is preferred. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, and have strong writing, analytical, organizational, leadership and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be team-oriented, possess strong written and oral communication skills, and have a passion for client service and the drive to build new business for the Firm's commercial lending practice.
