- Conduct due diligence and prepare related reports, schedules, and closing documentation.
- Assist with corporate governance matters, including entity formation, board resolutions, and compliance obligations.
- J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 3–6 years of transactional experience in private practice, corporate legal, or a combination of both.
- Strong background in contract drafting, corporate transactions, or general commercial work.
