* Proven experience in strategic planning, resource management and budget oversight.
* Previous success in an academic role such as Dean, Department Chair etc.
* Strong leadership skills to provide vision, direction and guidance.
* Ability to develop and execute long-term strategic plans that align with the institution’s mission.
* Ability to respond to the changing landscape of higher education.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and foster relationships and enhance collaboration.
* Ability to make well-informed decisions that balance the interests of stakeholders while upholding the mission and values.
* Proficiency in financial management and resources allocation.
