Construction Supervisor

Champion Windows & Home Exteriors is looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead installation teams, ensuring code compliance, customer satisfaction, and production targets.

As an Installation Supervisor, you are the technical construction and product installation expert in our core products (windows, sunrooms if applicable, doors, siding). You manage, train, and hold your team accountable to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals while maintaining the highest quality level. The division team under your responsibility may include service/measure technicians, employee installers, and subcontractors. This role requires early start times and may include Saturdays.

• Technical Construction Expert – measure, remeasure windows, entry doors, siding, and sunrooms; know when tempered glass is required; ensure compliance with Champion Engineering and industry best practices.
• Customer Satisfaction – conduct job‑site visits or phone calls with customers; address concerns promptly and report to Install Manager.
• Project Management – oversee crews to meet revenue targets; ensure each project is measured, ordered, staged, scheduled, completed, and fully paid.
• Company Policy & Safety – create and maintain a safe work environment; conduct required safety training; enforce productivity and quality standards for employees and subcontractors.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of skilled labor or industry experience preferred.
• OSHA, Installation Masters training or related certification a plus.
• Clean driving record and solid attendance.
• Proven leadership and training skills.
• Proficient knowledge of installation/service methods for windows, doors, and siding.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and email.
• Ability to adjust and re‑prioritize workflow daily.
• Ability to ensure each job complies with written safety policies.
