Project Manager – Commercial Construction

A leading general contractor specializing in commercial and institutional projects across the Midwest seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑profile projects in the Omaha market. The firm is known for excellence in quality, client relationships, and jobsite safety.

The Project Manager will oversee all project phases — from preconstruction through closeout — while managing client communication, budgets, schedules, and field coordination to ensure timely and successful delivery.

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects ranging from $5M–$40M+
• Coordinate design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain schedule and budget adherence
• Manage owner relations and oversee documentation, RFIs, and change orders
• Drive quality and safety culture across all project teams

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Strong Procore and Bluebeam skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
