- Majority of time spent in shop leading from an eyes-on-production mindset
- Partner with Shop Manager to ensure excellent communication from the front door to the shop floor.
- Implementing and holding employees accountable to policies outlined in B Street Employee Handbook
- Identify, create, and maintain positive culture in a team
- Take part and ensure quality control checks are being completed
- Ensure employees meeting safety and OSHA standards
- Manage, train, and hire Detailers and detail department
- Handle all sublets and sublet communication
- Quality control of all completed vehicles.
- Utilize a variety of management and estimating systems
- Train with Shop Manager to understand business financials and meet financial goals
- Spend time training in each department before taking on Management responsibilities to ensure you are set up for success as a leader and fully understand all facets of business
- Maintain a Monday – Friday 6:45am - 5:00pm schedule
- 2-5 years of experience in the auto body/ automotive/ dealership industry, or relatable field preferred but not required.
We will teach and train the right candidate. - Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
- You must have a valid driver's license
